Since 2024, Hannah has served as a marketing consultant for The Vineyard House, a world-class wine estate recognized as one of the most elite producers in the Napa Valley. The estate itself holds many juxtapositions — centuries-old vineyard management practices meet innovative winemaking techniques, while across from the namesake historic farmhouse there is a contemporary barn. While there is an immense respect for tradition at The Vineyard House, it was time to modernize the estate’s digital presence, marketing collateral, and customer journey. Over the past year, I have led the efforts to revise a cohesive set of brand guidelines, audit and implement a complete website redesign (in progress), and overhaul the social media presence of the estate, as well as performing ongoing marketing tasks for internal teams and external communications. We started with launching The Vineyard House’s social media presence, which had not be active since 2017. Starting from scratch meant that I was able to develop a content calendar, build a meaningful audience, and weave the “TVH Story” into every post. The results speak for themselves — over 1,000 followers in three months, with 100% increase in engagement and over 7,000 views.
